- Orders from £0 - £14.99 the delivery charge is £5.00
- For all orders over £15 delivery is free.
- Orders to Ireland have a flat rate of £20 for orders of any size
- Orders to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man have a flat rate of £10 for orders of any size.
Standard service with Ervi 48hr (advise allow 3 to 5 days for delivery)
Order Monday to Friday before 1pm will be dispatched Same day for delivery on an economy basis
Order Friday after 1pm but before Monday 1pm will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery on an economy basis
All orders are sent by courier and are fully tracked - requiring a signature on arrival. You should receive email for tracking information or simply drop us a line through our Contact Us page.
(Please note that despite our very best efforts, the Covid 19 situation will, on occasion, have an impact on our delivery times. All delivery companies are doing their utmost to keep up with demand, especially in the run up to Christmas, but sometimes events beyond our control mean the odd delivery may arrive later than planned. We therefore have to say that as much as we try hard to deliver within a day or two, it is not something that we can guarantee will happen 100% of the time. Return and refund policy
Thank you for purchasing from Buddha Teas UK. We hope you'll be delighted with everything you purchase from us, both now and in the future.
Due to the nature of our business and for the safety of our customers, items purchased from us need to be returned within 7 calendar days of the receipt, unopened and in their original condition. You can return products by hand or by post to:

If any of our products arrived with you damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

Wrap the package carefully. All return products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to our address.
Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
Please note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling or gift-wrap charges. We will issue a full refund for the original purchase.
